My name is Inês, and I am a Portuguese yoga teacher with a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
I have been teaching yoga for over eight years and hosting yoga retreats around the world for the past four.

My classes include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, offering a balanced and holistic approach to practice.
Throughout the retreat we will explore these different practices to support what you need in each moment.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of background or experience.
I see my role not as a guide, supporting you in discovering your own place, rhythm, and authentic expression within your personal yoga journey.
